Rise Global Senior Consultant l Dr. Stephen Treloar

Dr. Treloar joins the Rise Global team as a Senior Consultant having had over 30 years senior executive experience at GM, MD, and CEO level, including, MD (Oceania) for a US based transnational company (now part of Nike). He holds formal qualifications in: audit, general management, public administration, board management, foreign trade, coaching and dispute resolution. He was formerly a lecturer, Faculty of Professional Studies, University of NSW and currently Senior Lecturer, and Subject Co-ordinator for Business Law, and Human Resource related subjects at the Uni. of Notre Dame. Dr. Stephen Treloar is also an Adjunct at the Sydney Graduate School of Management, & Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Beside lecturing, he supervises Honours and Doctoral candidates. Stephen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) and a Master of Commercial Law (MComLaw).

He is a Churchill Fellow, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and has completed the Advanced Diploma with the AICD (with Order of Merit). He is a member of the Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators of Australia.

Dr Stephen Treloar also brings with him a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience in Sport and is the current Chairman and Director at The Western Sydney Academy of Sport (Finance & Governance), former Managing Director of Umbro Australia and has regularly lectured at the University of NSW and University of Western Sydney in Sports Coaching, Management of Sport (Post Graduate level), Recreational Management and Administration Management. He has been a personal facilitator to Sir Alex Ferguson (Manchester United FC) and is largely credited for the delivery and establishment of the Manchester United Oceania Academy in Sydney.

Dr Treloar's personal sporting passions are Fencing and Football and he has extensive experience at all levels of sport.
